VISO TRUST Referral Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Customer Champion Circle Referral Program (the “Program”) offered by VISO TRUST (“VISO TRUST,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, participants agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Program is open to current customers, partners, and approved contacts of VISO TRUST who are at least 18 years of age.

Employees of VISO TRUST, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or contractors may not be eligible to receive referral rewards unless otherwise approved by VISO TRUST.

Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with their employer’s policies and all applicable laws or regulations regarding referral incentives.

2. Qualified Referrals

A Qualified Referral is defined as a new prospective customer who:

  • Is referred through an approved referral channel provided by VISO TRUST
  • Has not previously been engaged in an active sales process with VISO TRUST
  • Meets VISO TRUST’s qualification criteria for potential customers
  • Consents to being contacted by VISO TRUST

Self-referrals are not permitted.

VISO TRUST reserves the sole right to determine whether a referral qualifies under the Program.

3. Referral Reward

If a Qualified Referral becomes a new paying customer of VISO TRUST, the referring participant will receive a reward valued at $500 USD, which may be provided in one of the following forms:

  • A gift card
  • A charitable donation made in the participant’s name
  • A gift of comparable value selected by VISO TRUST

Rewards are typically issued after the referred organization signs a customer agreement and completes initial onboarding or payment, as determined by VISO TRUST.

Participants may be required to complete tax or compliance documentation prior to reward issuance.

4. Quarterly Referral Raffle

If a Qualified Referral does not become a customer, the referring participant will still be eligible for entry into the Customer Champion Circle quarterly raffle drawing, provided the referral meets the qualification criteria outlined above.

Raffle terms include:

  • One raffle entry per Qualified Referral
  • Drawings are conducted quarterly by VISO TRUST
  • Prize(s) determined by VISO TRUST for each drawing period
  • Winners will be notified via email

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

5. Reward Limits

VISO TRUST reserves the right to:

  • Limit the number of referral rewards issued to any participant
  • Limit the number of raffle entries per participant
  • Modify reward types, values, or raffle prizes at its discretion

6. Program Integrity

Participants agree not to engage in activities that undermine the integrity of the Program, including but not limited to:

  • Submitting false or misleading referrals
  • Referring individuals without their consent
  • Attempting to manipulate or exploit the referral or raffle process

VISO TRUST reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms.

7. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to rewards received through the Program. VISO TRUST may issue tax documentation where required by law.

8. Privacy

Information submitted as part of a referral will be processed in accordance with the VISO TRUST Privacy Policy. Participants should obtain consent from their referral before submitting their contact information.

9. Program Changes or Termination

VISO TRUST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Customer Champion Circle Referral Program at any time, including changes to eligibility requirements, rewards, or raffle structure.

Updates will be effective upon posting revised Terms & Conditions.

10. General Conditions

Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law. VISO TRUST retains the final authority to interpret these Terms & Conditions and determine eligibility for rewards.
